Black Diamond

Black Diamond is a new development from Arlington Care Group on the site of the former Black Diamond pub in Consett, which is due for demolition soon.

The project is at the early design stage. Our architects are preparing the planning drawings, and the early site plan shows how the building could sit among gardens and green space, with parking alongside.
