Life with us

Events and activities

Staying active and connected is good for body and mind. Our activities team plans something every day, from gentle morning exercise and arts and crafts to games, reminiscence sessions and regular visits from live singers.

We celebrate birthdays, seasons and special occasions together, host monthly coffee mornings, and support residents' emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as their physical health.

Visiting

Family and friends are the heart of life here, so visiting is flexible and you are always welcome. Our lounges and gardens give you comfortable spaces to spend time together.

We simply ask that, where possible, you avoid mealtimes so residents can enjoy their food. Our team is always on hand to help and make every visit a happy one.

Meals

Good food is at the heart of our homes. Our own chefs cook fresh every day, from traditional favourites to something new, with home baking and fresh fruit always available.

We get to know each resident's tastes and dietary needs, and mealtimes are relaxed and sociable, in the dining room or in the comfort of your own room.

Choosing a care home

We'll help make the move as smooth as possible

Choosing care for someone you love is a big decision. Here's how it works with us.

  1. Get in touch

Call or send us a message. We'll listen and answer your questions.

  2. Come and visit

Look around, meet the team and get a feel for the home.

  3. Care assessment

We get to know your loved one and plan the care they need.

  4. Settling in

We help with the move and make sure they feel at home from day one.

How much does care cost?

Fees depend on the room and the level of care needed. Call us on 01207 423 423 and we'll talk you through costs and funding options.

Can we visit at any time?

Families are always welcome. Give us a call and we'll explain our visiting arrangements.

Can residents bring their own furniture?

We encourage residents to bring photos and favourite belongings to make their room feel like home. Ask us about larger items.

Do you offer short respite stays?

Yes. Respite stays give carers a break or support recovery after hospital.
