What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry or email us, we collect your name, contact details and anything you tell us, such as your message or CV. We use it only to reply, arrange visits, answer questions about care, fees and availability, and consider job applications. Our hosting provider also records basic technical information, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, to help us improve it.
We do this because it is needed to deal with your request, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our website. We only use analytics cookies with your consent. We never sell your information or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site and reply to you: FormSubmit, which delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox, Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies), and our website hosting and email providers. Some may process data outside the UK, with suitable safeguards in place. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, and unsuccessful job applications for up to 6 months, unless they become part of a resident's or staff member's record.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw any consent you have given. Email info@arlingtoncaregroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
